After training for nearly 3 months now, working with Coach dave has been an incredible experience. He tailors a program to you based on your specific needs...you learn new techniques and exercises and makes sure you get the proper technique down on each and every exercise safe and securely. Your butt will be whooped multiple times, but you will feel incredible afterwards. Its a marathon, not a sprint...you will see results.

I was in a coma for 3 and a 1/2 weeks. You can't imagine what that does to your body and mind.When I came out of the hospital there was nothing I could do to make me come back to who I was before. I was very weak no energy not to mention mentally I could not get myself back. Dave changed all that. He knew exactly how to push me both physically and mentally. He never gave up even when I thought I couldn't. There are no words that can say how thankful I am. Dave isn't just a trainer. He gets to know you as an individual. He knows everyone is different. theresa cabrera2022-12-285 stars! David is an excellent personal trainer and for me it was a plus that he provided In-home with my hectic work schedule. I hired him at the tail end of the pandemic when I just couldn't get back into the groove of things fitness wise. He helped motivate me and keep me on track. He is knowledgeable, professional, and a lot of fun to train with. I wanted to get started again after a year of not working out and Dave made it easy. If your looking for more private 1:1 work outs, don’t hesitate to book a trial with him.

If I’m pumped that I did good lift Dave is just as pumped. He’s a great motivator and with his program I have managed to lose a good amount of weight and get stronger in the process. My self esteem has gone up and I can’t thank him enough for that. These days I can say I enjoy working out and no longer look at it like a chore.
